It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pauline Schmidbauer (River Falls, Wisconsin), who passed away on February 23, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband William Anthony Schmidbauer; her parents, Calcedonius Cachia and Fortunata Cachia; her parents-in-law, Frank and Rose Schmidbauer; her siblings, Carmello Cachia (Mary), Virginia DeBatisse (Anthony), Paul Cachia, Joseph F. Cachia (Laurine) and John Cachia; and her brother-in-law Ed Gilgan.
She is survived by: her children, Kathryn Schmidbauer of River Falls, WI and John Schmidbauer (Janice) of Kenosha, WI; her granddaughters, Sarah, Rachel, Barbara, Christine, Mary and Emily; her sister Mary Gilgan of Oakville, Canada; and her sister-in-law Mary Cachia of Toronto, Canada. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in memory of Pauline may be given to St. Bridget Catholic Church, St. Croix Hospice, or Our House Senior Living.
