He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Johnson and Rita Johnson; and his siblings, Diane Larson, Barbara Kozak and Dean Johnson.

He is survived by: his wife Debbie; and his children, Katy Kiemen (Kevin), Garrett and Brandon. He is also survived by his three Grandchildren.
