He was predeceased by: his parents, George Duvall (Jack) and Nora Duvall (Conroy); his siblings, George, Joe, Pat Duvall, Mary Morrow Becker, Peggy Hassinger and Katie Duvall; and his daughter-in-law Suzan Duvall.
He is survived by: his former wife Jane Edwards; his wife Paula M. Parrish; his children, Mike Duvall of Dunedin, Don Duvall of LaVergne, Tennessee and Erin Culver (Mike) of River Falls, Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Sarah Sharearm (Jae), Robert Shay, Ronnie Duvall of LaVergne, Jason North (Joyel) of Wapella, Michael Duvall of Oldsmar, Molly Duvall of Orlando, Brody, Riley, Casey and Kerrigan Culver of River Falls, Wisconsin; and his sister Theresa Allen of Clinton, Illinois. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-granddaughters.
Memorials may be directed to the family to be used for the education of Mike's grandchildren.
