It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melba Hansen of River Falls, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 28, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Petersen and Dora Petersen (Jensen); her husband Vernon Hansen; her son Jeff Hansen; and her siblings, Harley, Reno, Carlo Petersen, Fern Rasmussen and Lola Wiese.
She is survived by: her children, Wendy Westendorf (Ben), Jon Hansen (Vicki) and Darcy Christensen (John); her daughter-in-law Janine Hansen; her grandchildren, Joe Hansen (Sara), Jenna Smith (Ben), Rebekah O'Brien (Sam Koop) and Ashley O'Brien (Peter Bernhardt); and her great grandchildren, Laura, Max, Evy, Gracie and Corbin.
