She was predeceased by: her parents, John T. Braden and Alberta L. Braden (White); her son Brent T. Whitaker; and her siblings, Linda M. Belcher and John Allen Braden.
She is survived by: her sons, Brian (Sonja) and Bruce (Angela); her grandchildren, Emma (Swarun Kulasekaran), Jackson, Alexandra Robey (Bryce) and Anja; her great grandchildren, Hazel and Harvey; and her brother-in-law Lee Belcher.
