He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ray, Signe Smith, Richard and Rita Bollum. He is survived by: his parents, Kathleen Bollum and Randall Smith; and his sisters, Jessica VanBeek (Chet Meyer), Molly Brousseau (Joe Brousseau) and Meaghan Forsyth (Paul Forsyth). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and countless friends and family.
