He is survived by: his sister Jaye Hay (Mark); his nieces, Whitney Quast (Tim) and Laurel Tomandl (Ben); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Blake, Cole, Letty, Leona and Shae; and his caregivers, Dr. Simon, Karla, Lisa, Jodi and Jessica.
