With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Alexander of River Falls, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 17, 2022 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Lorraine Steiner and Richard Cook. She is survived by: her husband Richard Alexander; her daughters, Torrey Ostrem (Rod) of Onalaska, WI and Carol Plumb of Laguna Vista, TX; her sister Janet Siler of Menomonie; and her daughter Paula Joan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
