He was predeceased by: his parents, Ward Pratt and Elsie Pratt (Walser). He is survived by: his wife Ila Brown-Pratt; his sons, Andrew Brown-Pratt of River Falls, WI and Charles Brown-Pratt (Echo) of Shanghai, China; and his sister Linda Owen (Harry Miller) of Oklahoma City, OK. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the family.
