He is survived by: his wife Audrey Ruka; his children, Julie Longsdorf (Al), Lisa Peterson (Larry) and Ryan Kauphusman (Sheila Simmons); his grandchildren, Kasey, Taylor and Nick Longsdorf; his siblings, Janet O'Connell, John Kauphusman (Tin), Joan Herum (Eldon) and Jerome Kauphusman (Debra); and his siblings-in-law, Bruce (Judy), Dennis (Ruth), Robert (Judy), Leonard Ruka (Becky) and Franny Ruka. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
