He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his children, Jeannine Olson (Brad), Lynette Richards (Jim), Cathy Hults (Dave) and Jim Yanish (Holly); his grandchildren, Rachel Olson (Oliver Warner), David Yanish (Helena), Michael Richards, Hailey Hults, Molly Clyne (Lee) and David Hults (Mariah Churchill); and his sister Rita Eldred.
