He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Pechacek and Helen Pechacek (Johnson); and his siblings, James, Jeanette and Clair.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis L. "Peg" Mueller; his sons, Scott Pechacek (Deb Tonsager) and Brian Pechacek (Linda); his grandchildren, Colin Pechacek (Lynzi), Mari Koecher (Dan) and Megan Pechacek; his stepgrandchildren, Drew and Alyssa Tonsager; and his pet Benji. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Memorials may be directed to the discretion of the family.
