He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Mikunda and Lois Mikunda. He is survived by: his wife Judith Mikunda; his brother Robert Mikunda (Judith); his sons, Robert Mikunda (Lori) and Christopher Mikunda (Colleen); his stepchildren, Rebecca Jensen (Maury), Daniel Fuller and Jared Fuller; his grandchildren, Wade Mikunda, Cailyn Ebler (Eric), Ryanne Mikunda and Jessica LaGrew; and his nieces, Andrea, Robyn and Jessica.
