It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gerald Jerry Bennett (River Falls, Wisconsin), born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, who passed away on October 22, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sid Bennett and Irene Bennett (Holmquist); his sisters, Lois Wussler (Clarence) and Maxine Hoven (Bill); and his brother-in-law Henry Tyznik.

He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his children, Holly Yanish (Jim) and Richard Bennett (Beth); his grandson David Yanish (Helena); his stepgranddaughter Amber Peterson (Garrett); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Cameron and Nolan; and his siblings, Keith Bennett (Rita), Willard Bennett (Bonnie) and Joanne Tyznik.
