He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Carter and Delores Carter; his brother-in-law Don Miles; and his niece Bobbie Miles. He is survived by: his wife Jean Carter; his children, Greg Carter of River Falls and Cari Carter (Randy Bos) of Scottsdale, AZ; his grandchildren, Tara Carter, Samantha Carter (Andy Schweiss), Jacob Bos and Samantha Bos; his great grandchildren, Hayden and Hunter; and his sister Bonnie Miles.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the River Falls Food Pantry or Adoray Hospice.
