It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Frank of River Falls, Wisconsin, who passed away on July 5, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Frank and Agate Frank. He is survived by: his wife Ruthann Nord; his son Karl of Eugene; and his grandchildren, Lexi and Tanner.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Therapeutic Riding Program or Luther Memorial Church.
