He is survived by: his parents, Jim Sempf (Pamela Eslinger) and Lisa McLean; his grandmother Linda McLean; and his aunts and uncles, Tim Sempf, Joe Sempf (Loni), Wendy Sempf, Bobby McLean and Terry McLean. He is also survived by many cousins, relatives, and friends.
