He was predeceased by: his parents, Albin "Slim" and Myrtle Ellevold (Hanson); his wife Donna May Hornbostel; his daughter Brenda; his siblings, Dorothy, Jeannette and Richard; and his grandchildren, Laura and Joseph.
He is survived by: his uncle Helmer Ellevold; and his children, Renee Iverson (Barry), Randy Ellevold, Bryan Ellevold (Barb), Scott Ellevold (Betsy) and Tracey Ellevold (Michelle). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and more friends.
