He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Chuck and Arlene Thompson; and his cousin Anthony Konieczka. He is survived by: his parents, Gregory Konieczka (Pam) and Cindy Thompson; his brother Christopher Konieczka (Amber); his stepbrother Ryan Figi; his sisters, Brittany Konieczka (Kim) and Kassidy Konieczka; and his grandparents, Ted and Bernardine Konieczka.
