He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Mickelson and Betty Mickelson. He is survived by: his siblings, Larry (Laura), Julie Carey (Heath) and Kim Swiggum (Shawn). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
