He is survived by: his wife Donna Kusilek; his children, Ronald, Cynthia, Roxanne, Galen Pechacek (Mary Jo) of Eagan, MN, Cindy Kusilek (Dennis) of River Falls and Roxy Naes (Jim) of Imperial, MO; his daughter-in-law Pam Pechacek of Chester, IL; his grandchildren, Erin Pechacek, Jennifer Maki, Elizabeth Ohlau, Derek Pechacek, Lisa Christensen, Jacky Smith, Abby Sutton, Zachary Naes and Alyssa Naes; his great grandchildren, Emily, Carter, Addison, Anna Beth, Julia, Liam, Jackson, Jessa, Colton, Cash, Kayla and Jonah; and his brothers, Ted, Duane and Roger Pechacek. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
