With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Kotlowski of Ripon, Wisconsin, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 10, 2023 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Kotlowski and Doris Kotlowski (Weise); and his brothers, Walter and Micheal Kotlowksi. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Kotlowski; his children, Carol Al-Tahrawy (Mourad), David Walker (Rita), Laure Olson, Lisa Owen (Tony) and William "BJ" Kotlowski (Shannon); and his brother Jim Kotlowski (Karen). He is also survived by 12 grandsons; 1 granddaughter; 5 great-grandchildren.
