She was predeceased by: her parents, Porfirio Rosa and Adela De La Rosa (Santana); and her siblings, Tony, Paul Santana, Juan De La Rosa, Gregoria and Elia De La Rosa.

She is survived by: her nephew Jose "Ruben" De La (Maria); and her grandchildren, J. R., Robert and Christina De La Rosa. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial is being established in her name.
