He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis "Frank" Sullivan and Elizabeth "Betty" Sullivan; his stepparents, Anita Sullivan and Lloyd Menke; and his siblings, Mary Hartman, Joseph Sullivan and Dennis Sullivan.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Sullivan of Ripon; his children, Kimberly Best of West Bend, Nicholas Sullivan of Galesberg, IL and Jennifer Dillman (Tom) of Westfield; his stepdaughter Angela Loehndorf of Ripon; his grandchildren, Joseph Best, Sarah Best (Brendan Serrano), Jessiah Moody, Janessa Sullivan, Lyric Sullivan, Kayla Dillman (Caleb Rains) and McKenna Dillman; his great grandchildren, Aubrey Rains and Zoei Sullivan; his siblings, Terry Smelcer (Ken), John Sullivan, Jerry Sullivan, William Sullivan (Cheryl), Daniel Sullivan (Penny), James Sullivan (Linda), Richard Sullivan, Anne Marie Sullivan, Kathy Petrie (Jack) and Patricia Braasch (Paul Barry); his stepsisters, Brenda Staude and Barb Koellen (Bob); his sister-in-law Mary Wortman (Gary "Bucky"); the mother of his children Joan Sullivan; and his pet GiGi. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
