He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Kulick; his father-in-law Joseph Pieczynski; and his grandparents, Chester, Irma Kulick, Boniface and Santana Gonzales.
He is survived by: his mother Benita Josephine Kulick of Stevens Point; his wife Jodi Pieczynski; his son Max (Megan); his grandchildren, Charlie Jo and Harvey of Mt. Horeb, Wis.; his siblings, Lisa Kulick, Julie Grogan (John), Bob (Bridget) and Peter Kulick (Michaele); his mother-in-law Evelyn Pieczynski; and his in-laws, Mike, Susan Pieczynski, Shawn, Mindy Kottke, Robb and Jessica Pieczynski. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
