He was predeceased by: his parents, Berniece Elizabeth Shattuck (Yandry) and William Shattuck; and his siblings-in-law, Leonard Sykes, Jr. and Mary Greenhalgh. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Shattuck of Ripon; his children, Steven of Ripon, Michael Shattuck of Ripon and Alison Dawson (Stephen) of Chicago, IL; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Evangeline Dawson and Joseph Dawson; his sister Ruth Shattuck Sykes of Savannah, GA; and his siblings-in-law, Michael Greenhalgh of Madison, WI, Mark Greenhalgh (Amy) of Madison, WI, Kathy Seidel (Jim) of Wausau, WI and Mary Gage (Jim) of Waterloo, WI. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
