He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hoffman and Frances Hoffman (Sweder); his sons, Bob and Allan Hoffman; his brother David Hoffman; and his father-in-law Norbert Disterhaft (Frances).
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Hoffman of Ripon; his son Dennis Hoffman (Sue) of Neshkoro; his grandchildren, Michelle Steege (Troy) of Montello, Malinda Parsons (Bill) of Wautoma, Jeremy Hoffman (Christine) of Neshkoro, Marabeth King (Greg) of Neshkoro and Jonathon Hoffman (Julie) of Montello; his daughters-in-law, Jean Hoffman of Montello and Phyllis Hoffman of Princeton; and his sisters-in-law, Jean Hoffman of Wisconsin Rapids, Betty Werch of Berlin, Shirley Asleson of Rush Lake, Darleen Fromolz of Waupun and Eileen Disterhaft of Neshkoro. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren.
