Horn of Ripon, Wisconsin, born in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 14, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil O Horn and Esther Krueger Horn (Anna); and his siblings, Joyce and John. He is survived by: his wife Jan; his children, Kathleen Wagener (Robert) of Verona and James Horn of Verona; his grandchildren, Kendall Li (Rich) of Verona and Andrew Wagener (Courtney) of Green Bay; and his great grandchildren, Hazel, Lettie Li and Aila Jean Wagener. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
