Becker of Olathe, KS, John E. Polasky of Oconomowoc, WI and Gregory J. Polasky of Longwood, FL; and his siblings, Louis Polasky of Winner, SD, Alfred Polasky of Michigan, ND, David Polasky of Augusta, GA, Donald Polasky of Bismarck, ND, Janie Polasky of San Antonio, TX and Mary Johnson of Tucson, AZ.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
