He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Gelhar and Fern Plantz Gelhar; and his siblings, Dennis Gelhar and Ellen Jean. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Guderjahn; his children, Jarin Gelhar (Michelle) and Narin Selthofner (Jay); his grandchildren, Mitchell Gelhar, Lily, Willough and Leif Selthofner; his stepchildren, Farrah Pomerenke (Mark) and Jody Larson (Mark); his stepgrandchildren, Ethan, Evan Pomerenke, Sabra, Loki and Caebrie Larson; his sister-in-law Ellen Gelhar; his nieces, Angela and Valerie; his nephew Greg; and his pet Susie.
