He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Faulks and Elaine Faulks (Whitney). He is survived by: his wife Christine Mittelstaedt; his children, Jeff Faulks (Carolyn), Cheryl Strait (Noyce), Jacquelyn Peterson (Greg) and Brittnie Faulks (Ashley); his grandchildren, Zach (Samantha), Justin (Cassie), Alex (Atina), Marshall (Brittany), Abagail (William) and Mason; and his great grandchildren, Luke, Aiden, Brooklyn, Mark and Asher.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Mt Zion Lutheran Church (307 Mt Zion Dr, Ripon, WI 54971). A memorial service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location. The military honors was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 3:45 PM to 4:15 PM at the same location.
