He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Smith and Phyllis Smith (Steineke); his brothers, Scott A. Smith and Bruce W. Smith; and his brothers-in-law, Bill Crook and Gary Ruge.
He is survived by: his siblings, Constance K. Ruge of De Pere, WI, Janet C. Crook of Green Lake, WI, Gayle S. Cain (Terran) of Fond, Ronald L. Smith (Mary) of Ripon, WI and Nedra B. Smith (William) of Madison, WI; and his sisters-in-law, Karen Smith and Rita Smith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
