With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lavonne D. Samuelson of Ripon, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 21, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Schade and Rose Schade (Smith); her son Phillip Samuelson Jr.; and her brothers, Maynard Schade (Florance), Harvey Schade (Jean), Robert Schade (Mary), Bernard Schade (Phyllis) and Richard Schade (Donna).

She is survived by: her husband Phil; her daughters, Penny Samuelson (Daniel Conderman) of Edgerton and Pamela Reyes (Joe) of Ripon; her grandsons, Michael Parks (Liz) of Oxford, Robert Parks (Jennifer) of Waupun and Dylan Samuelson (Crystal) of Fairwater; her great grandchildren, Bella, Lincoln, Boson Parks, Owen, Blake Parks, Carter and James Samuelson; and her brother Ronald Schade (Sharon) of Madison. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
