It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce I. Cotter of Ripon, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 21, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Cluppert and Adeline Cluppert (Springborn); her husband Thomas Cotter; her daughter Jane M. Cotter; and her siblings, Roger Cluppert and Violet Banks.
She is survived by: her son Michael Cotter of Verona, WI; her grandchildren, Sara Possing (Joseph) of St. Francis, WI, Andrew Cotter of Madison, WI and Megan Hernandez (Rafael) of Madison, WI; and her great grandchild Maverick Hernandez. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church (228 E Blossom St, Ripon, WI 54971). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the St. Patrick Catholic Cemetery.
