He was predeceased by: his parents, Blanche Genarose Davis (Mares) and James B. "Jim" Davis; his in-laws, Julius and Lucille Hudy; his brother James G. "Jerry" Davis; and his brother-in-law Dave Breister.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his grandchildren, Brendan Tuchowski (Caroline), Alec Tuchowski (Lauren Myers), Brianna Jorgensen (Mitch), Marissa Davis, Marena Miller (Brandon), Porter Beilfuss, Wilson Agamaite, Kai Agamaite, Cale Agamaite and Cash Agamaite; his siblings, Dan Davis (Pat) of Oshkosh, WI, Ceil Breister of Oshkosh, WI, Marilyn Breager (Stan) of Oshkosh, WI and Colleen Wilmot (Louie) of Sheboygan, WI; his sister-in-law Nancy Davis of Oshkosh, WI.; and his nephews, Gregory Davis and Scott Davis. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, along with special friends and long-time neighbors.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in Joe's memory to the Alzheimer's Association, alz.org, to further fund life-giving research for individuals and families affected by this awful disease.
