She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben René and Dorothy René (Peters); her husband Ralph Polasky; and her brothers, Joseph and Fred.
She is survived by: her children, Ralph B. Polasky (Dana) of Ripon, WI, Charles A. Polasky (Kristine) of Marietta, GA, Mary K. Becker (Jon) of Olathe, KS, John E. Polasky (Jennifer) of Oconomowoc, WI and Gregory J. Polasky (Noel) of Delafield, WI; and her siblings, Jim René of Fargo, ND, Tom René of Albuquerque, NM, Jack René of Stacy, MN, Phillip René of Fargo, ND and Cathy Cullen (René) of Fargo, ND.. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
