He is survived by: his wife Connie Price of Ripon, WI; his son Matthew Price (Megan) of Milwaukee, WI; his granddaughter Stella Price; his siblings, Father John Price of Green Lake, WI, Chris Bielak (Gerold) of Issaquah, WA, Rosalie Price of Chicago, IL and Paula Price of Green Lake, WI; his nieces, Stasia Fialkowski (Jerry), Lenore Gregory and Therese Bielak; his nephew Mike Bielak; and his great-niece Genevieve Fialkowski.
