It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene H. Steeps of Ripon, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 4, 2024, at the age of 103, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Hoger and Emma Hoger (Doede); her husband Eddie Steeps; her daughters, Marilyn Morales and Patricia Meilahn; and her siblings, Adeline Baird, Gladys Bucholtz, Kenneth Hoger and Darryl Hoger.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Denise Taylor Perington of Ripon, WI, Diane Smith (Dale) of Berlin, WI, Brenda Seibel (Jim) of Whitefish Bay, WI, Jeff Meilahn of Fond du Lac, WI, Becky Morales-Horvath of Cameron, NC and Miranda Seuss of Lake Worth, FL. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; 12 and a half great-great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.
