He is survived by: his wife Shirley Siewert; his children, Dwight of Ripon, WI and Lisa Estey (Brian); his grandchildren, Gavin and Elia of Littleton, CO.; his nephew Bryce Clark; his niece Lorie Jacques; his great-niece Claire Jacques of Milwaukee; his nieces, Henrietta Hobart of Silver City, NM and Marie Lamont of Fort Wayne, IN.; and his cousins, Judy Molski of Plover, WI., Dennis Lepper of Plover, WI. and Gaylord Lepper of Plover, WI..
