He is survived by: his wife Carol of Ripon; his son Michael Floyd (Sue) of Oshkosh; his grandchildren, Chloe Wittchow (Cody) of Ripon, Lucas Eberhart of Madison, Lindsay Kalsow (David) of Appleton and Kayla Floyd of Oshkosh; his great grandchild Jaxson Wittchow; his siblings, Jean Salzman, Roy Floyd (Jo), Dennis Floyd, Roger Floyd (Barb) and Mary Jo Floyd; his son-in-law Mark Eberhart; and his sister-in-law Marcie Kunkle. He is also survived by many nieces; nephews; and special friends.
