He is survived by: his mother Ardis Mitchell (Pierstorff) of Ripon, WI; his wife Barbara Mitchell of Ripon, WI; his children, Joshua Mitchell (Tirza) of Rolling Meadows, IL, Lindsay Mitchell (Brad McMurtry) of Sycamore, IL and Garrett Mitchell of Ripon, WI; his grandchildren, Brock, Mia, Avelina, Aria and Emery; his sisters, Susan Conant (Dave) of Ripon, WI and Bette Cooper (Rasmus) of Denmark; his sister-in-law Teri Mitchell; his niece Sara Mitchell; and his nephew Matt Mitchell (Josie).
