He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Kochom and Jennie Kochom (Rudzinski); his brother Bob; and his niece Candace Jerome. He is survived by: his siblings, Lu Ann Dalton (Gerald) of Westfield and John Kochom (Amy Wescott) of Rio; his nieces, Cristelle Mills and Jennifer Dalton; and his nephew Garrett Kochom. He is also survived by three great nieces and three great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family to be used for funeral expenses.
