It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Clark of Rio, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 3, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dean Clark and Maggie Clark of Waldron; her brother Ralph Clark; her nephew Matthew Snider; and her granddaughter Cecilia Starin.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Black (Bill), Jeff Myers (Amber) and Stacy Starin (Clint); her stepchildren, Anne, Liz, Will and Michael Kelly; her grandchildren, Paige (Caleb), Jacob, Jillian, Josie, Gabby, Cael, Eva, Autumn, Hazel, Emme, Louisa and Alden; her great grandchild Amelia; her sisters, Linda Becker (Larry), Paula Klingler (Bill), Deana Stuby and Vivian Black (Paul); and her pet Paisley.
