He is survived by: his wife Karla Nelson of Fall River; his children, Ashley Cutsforth of Brandon, Chelsie Ertz (Cory) of Sun Prairie, Brandi Beers of Sauk City, Lilyian Cutsforth, Jaxen Ertz and Jade Ertz; and his sisters, Angela Maloney (Tom) of Fall River and Michele Pasewald of Fall River. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
