He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Sharpee and Sena Sharpee (Fadness); his wife Elaine R. Hamre; his siblings, Perry, Ella, Edwin, Irene, Robert and Olive; and his close friend Shirley Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Paul Sharpee (Donna) of Rio, Gregg Sharpee (Denise) of Lodi, Diana Krug of Sun Prairie, Judy Fritz (Patrick) of Marshall, Valerie Monthie (Thaddeus) of Columbus, Eric Sharpee of Sun Prairie and Kristen Wolf (Paul) of New Lisbon. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; as well as other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Spring Pairie Lutheran Church - Keyeser (N509 Co Rd C, DeForest, WI 53532). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Spring Prairie Lutheran Church or to Zion Lutheran Church in Columbus.
