It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Darold Dean Buettner of Ringle, Wisconsin, born in Shawano, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 5, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Buettner and Vera Buettner (Paiser); his son-in-law Michael Moellendorf; his brothers, Edward, Dale and Robert Paiser; and his sister-in-law Diane.
He is survived by: his pet Whitie; his wife Gertrude Dulak (Dulak) of Florian's Catholic Church; his daughters, Deborah Moellendorf of Merrill, Dawn Sparr (Adam) of Wausau and Denise White (Bill) of Ringle; his stepson David Buettner (Nancy) of Wausau; his grandchildren, Nolan, Nathan White, Megan Erdman (Kasey), Brianna and Lindsey Sparr; and his brothers, Donald (Kathy) and Gerald. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, sister-in-laws and brother-in-laws.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Florian Catholic Church-Hatley (500 Church Ln, Hatley, WI 54440). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in Darold's name be directed to the Marathon County Humane Society, St. Jude's or a charity of your choice.
