He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Sr. Bender and Susan Bender (Paulson); and his siblings, Delbert Bender Jr., Don Bender and Linda Gerber.
He is survived by: his wife Dixie of Ridgeway; his children, Mike Bender (Susie) of Rio, David (Jill), Tony (Kathy), Mark Bender (Michelle) of Ridgeway and Tammy Zander (Jeff) of Barneveld; his sisters, Arlene Patzer and Sharon Wills (Will); and his sister-in-law Joanne Bender. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
