He is survived by: his wife Theresa Tempest (Grassy); his children, Gunnar Tempest, Kaitlin Tempest and Brooke Tempest; his grandson Jaxon Thorp; his sisters, Alison Grogan and Becky Hans; his parent Christine Tempest (Lynn); his uncle Ray Nelson; and his grandmother Shirley Nelson. He is also survived by family members and friends.
