He was predeceased by: his mother Nora McSherry (Davis); his wife Sally; his parents-in-law, Ronald and Cecelia Buck; his siblings, Irene Erfurth (Kenneth) and Thomas McSherry; his son-in-law David Kruger; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Lou Cooley, Kay Jacobs, Lee Phillips and Daniel Buck (Ruth).
He is survived by: his children, John J. McSherry (Karla), Gene McSherry (Kari), Kathy Kruger (late David), Patty Rickey (Dennis), Mary McSherry, Carol Murphy and Bill McSherry; his brothers, Patrick McSherry (Vicky) and Michael McSherry (Gina); and his sister-in-law Jan Lindeman (Phil). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
