She was predeceased by: her parents, Gomer Lewis and Lavon Lewis (Love); her in-laws, Dewey and Francis Jacobson (DuWayne); her siblings, Jeannette Evans, Alan Lewis (Buzz) and Cole Edward Lewis; and her sister-in-law Delores Murphy (Toots).
She is survived by: her husband DuWayne J Jacobson; her children, Douglas Jacobson (Tonya) of Verona and Dawn Sullivan (Bobby) of Dodgeville; her grandchildren, Brady Cullen, Lydia Jacobson, Reed Jacobson, Danny Sullivan (Alex) and Cole Sullivan (Kara); her great grandchildren, Paisley Love and Jennings Joseph Sullivan; her siblings-in-law, Connie Hendrickson (Gary) of Dodgeville and Donnie Murphy of Dodgeville; her aunt Jackie Chambers of Hollandale; and also Ridgeway. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Bridget's Catholic Church (803 Main St, Ridgeway, WI 53582). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
